i am using r-tech on my walls and ceiling but what do you guys do about the floor? i used the 6mil poly as a vapor layer around the entire room, floor included, but is there a relatively cheap easy way to throw some flooring down on top of the 6mil so i dont keep ripping it?

I did have the Rtec on the floor at one time and found my res temps higher on the foam. The concrete floor helped me keep the temp a

leave enough extra so that it will climb the walls a few inches. you can back-caulk it on too for an extra sure seal.
