Pruning

Defoliation seems to be a very controversial debate.

Personally, I only remove fan leaves that shade out bud sites... And that's only if I can't supercrop those branches into the light.

The fan leaves contain sugars (no, it's not just the sugar leaves) that the plant feeds on to assist flowering. They're for more than just veg.

So yeah, prune selectively. Clear some space for air n light, and damaged leaves, but don't go nuts. Normally you'll be doing most of your snipping around the middle of the plant where the leaves are fighting each other.

Can any one way in on there thoughts on pruning can I cut off all fan leaves??
For me personally pruning is strategically removing 0.05 or 1/20 mid to low leaves roughly 10 days into flowering and for airflow purposes only.
