completely agree with you. i`m no expert but i had a pc fan that had a rating of 80 cfm ( to me thats a push fan) and my temps were way to high in my box so i bought a proper inline fan ( pull ) and it helped my heat considerably. that why i say that?

yea pc fans are ok for cfl and flouro grows, probably stil wouldnt use 1 tho, for me theres only 1 type of extractor thats suitable for "our" applications, thats the inline fans built for purpose, rvk fans made by systemair in germany being my choice, german design and build quality.... Nuff said lol

at the time thats all i was using was little lights for veg and clone.
now i have an elicent 150-b has 450 cfm, cools the rooms quite well and i need a controler to slow her down. going 24/7.

Just my 2 cents worth, i would think that pulling hot air from the tube onto your fan would give it a shortened lifespan compared to pushing fresh cooler air...
