"purging" oil?

I have been thinking about adding distilled water into my pyrex before spraying my butane oil in. I did this with my rubbing alc. oil and it seemed to come out better. Rather than solvent and thc boiling down i have diluted solvent and thc cooking down type of thing? any thoughts on purging oil?

I have no idea... I have always thought water or moisture in the collection dish is bad.

no water when the solvents doing its thing but after when its cooking down it would just dilute it i think too late now

sounds like a beast idea. just have to find a way to get the water out without jamming your favorite THC in the process

If you don't put too much water it'll just evaporate on it's own and you'll be left with oil on the bottom
