Purple Kush... One tough Seed to Germinate..Just Me?

Hey guys, I'm on my 2nd batch of Feminized Purple Kush Seeds that I'm trying to germinate (first one was a fail). They seem to have a really tough shell, I usually have success just dropping them in some water (12-18 hours) till a tail sprouts and then do the paper napkin thing (24 hours) before dropping it in soil. With the Purple Kush...going on 48 hours in water with no signs of a tail anywhere.. ? Got them a week ago.

Put them in some dirt. You don't need to wait for a tail. Too long in the water and you'll drown them.

I'm not saying the seeds will sprout. I know nothing of their history but 48 hours is more than long enough to be soaking cannabis seeds.
