PMomwk6.jpgStrain: Female Seeds, Purple Maroc

Environment: Indoor, 400w MH/HPS, 3 gal., Fox Farms Ocean Forest, Minimal fertilization. Some supercropping and topping to restrict height, mother cloned after 12 wks. veg. Required tying to keep the stems from breaking under the weight of flowers the last 3 wks. Total growing time from seed to harvest 5 mos. 20 days.

Drying/curing: 73 deg. F. in total darkness for 8 days then sealed in air-tight containers and "burped" every 8 hrs. for 7 days.

Yield: Averaged 3.6 oz./plant from 4 plants with mother yielding 3.8 oz. with maximum height of 39"

Density/appearance: Flowered fairly tight for a indoor with a rep. for being "undependable indoors", in later stages of developement trich's took their time for any amber to appear. More grayish than purple flowers but may be attributed to higher temps. than a typical outdoor grow.

Odor: Nothing remarkable or overpowering. During veg. no odor detected. Flowering odor was somewhat "berry like" with a few whiffs of the Ketama that is in it's genes.

Taste/Buzz: Superb taste with it's own unique flavor. No traces of Skunk, diesel and leans more towards fruity, acrid or even sour flavor. Tasters have given it a 8 out of 10 when compared to 4 other sativa dom. strains Buzz is uplifting and productive. Mild body, somewhat cerebral, long lasting with just a few hits.

Overal Impressions: Keeping this strain going with other clones. Quite impressive for a "freebie" and may do some breeding with other purple strains to bring out the color and retain this unique flavor. Highly recommended but be prepared to do a good bit of tying/training with this strain.

I had no difficulty growing the strain indoor or out. Basic stuff. No snake oils or other special amendments needed. Just harvested my outdoor girls. Haven't dried them out yet but looks like they will go 6-9 ozs. each from experience with net weight after drying. Soooo tasty.
