This is the first sign of anything that I class as possible cause for concern ..
Medium is soil
Current feedings consist of bio-grow ,bio bloom, bio top-max , big bud and occasional addition of cal-mag ..
She's been baby stepped on all her nutes and I would say is still falling just under reccomended dose on them all .

Temps are about 29c with 45%rh lights on and 21c 55%rh lights off
She's 36 days old from seed and is an auto so currently flowering ..

Apart from this she looks very healthy , any idea what the purple could be ??
Thanks in advance

Could be temp or pheno ....but it doesn't look like anything I'd be to concerned about ....and yes I've seen it before in my own gardens like that ......what strain again ???

Thanks lol .. closest thing to an issue with temp is it occasionally hitting 30-32 couple hours before lights off

Diagnose what dude? That plant looks healthy stop been too anal. Lol GL
Haha nice 1 , I know it looks healthy just didn't know if it was an early sign of something I could tackle now rather then later ..
diagnosis = paranoid mess lol

Remember look hard enough for issues and you'll find/create em .....and it's cool temps that will bring purple ...however I wouldn't and don't change anything when my plants have exactly what's in your pics above .....GL

Zero issue ... You ACTUALLY in early preflower. When plant shows actual flowers THEN you begin flowering. Keep a veg feed until it moves into full flower.

Then you can do a split feed ( 50/50 ) veg / bloom nutes 1/2 strength , then move to a bloom nute a week after.

No cause for concern... I see it on more strains than not, especially on heavy cal-mag feeders like OGs. It can be corrected with a little extra mag.

My GC has some purple stems too, I have been told it is a Nitrogen issue but I never have had a problem, I wouldn't worry unless the leaves start to yellow.

Some of them have this from light spectrum/intensity and temperature as well as genetics.

I have pretty much decided it doesnt mean that much.....and unless I see signs other than that I pretty ignore it.

Sure there are bad things that make it happen as well.....but other symptoms usually show up.

I could list all sorts of symptoms but I think I'm making half of them up lol as said above I think I'm looking that hard I'm finding shit that isn't even there ... couple hours till lights on so I'm safe till then , gonna give her a quick look over at lights on and if I'm still concerned I'm sure I'll be back :P
