Qleaner in DWC

Let's start another Journal.
Growing TGA Qleaner from seed
Sprouted on Dec 7
5 keepers out of 7 plants, only 4 seeds planted.
Had one triploid, he's a dude though.

Medium is Grodan Rockwool 6" delta block. When moved to flower the block is placed in a bucket/basket and allowed to expand roots into a dwc. Plants are top fed at high flow-- not drip, a few times a day.

Nutes: I use Dyna-gro veg for veg and bloom for bloom. EC in veg of .8 and EC in flower from .8 to 1.0

Day 32 of veg. In the tray I have the one triploid dude to the upper left. Bottom left is a mutated girl, one of the little twins that popped. The other two have not shown sex yet.

I have one girl that grew faster than the others, so fast I thought she was a dude for sure. She was topped, cloned, and moved to flower.

observation---- I often use ProtecK as a PH up because it is very alkaline. I always add it to a glass of water first, than add to the rez. My water filter holding tank has dropped down to the low 60 degree's lately. I noticed that when I pour a tablespoon of proteck into a quart of cold water I get instant precipitate.
so make sure you dilute your proteck in 70 degree water!

Day 2 of flower.

The plants in veg have all showed sex now. I have 4 fems to work with and will be killing off the triploid dude.

I love working with rockwool blocks makes vegging super easy. The less hydroton I have to mess with the better. The top feed system is also very simple, you just poke a hole in the half in tube and stick a tiny tube in the hole.

Moved another 3 qleaner into the flower room today. That is 4 girls from seeds, 3 symmetrical girls and one that came in with two tops and is somewhat of a mutant pheno. they vegged for about 38 days from sprout. running the dynagro mix a .8EC

I'm digging the grodan blocks, I can place them in a basket over a bucket and have top drip/ dwc combo.

Day 5 for the indica dom qleaners.

and Day 10 for the sativa dom qleaner

Very happy with the growth rate. the Sativa dom tall plant is still not showing any bud formation at 10 days, just preflowers.
It's been a while since I grew anything short and squatty, I look forward to seeing some pretty indica buds grow.

Day 9 of flower for the shorter Qleaners. They look just about perfect,and are growing fast and sturdy. None are really showing any bud development yet.

And here is the tall Qleaner at day 14, about triple in size over 14 days. No bud formation yet.
