Question about 12/12 light leakage

How much does it take to disrupt the plant's night cycle? I have surge protectors and timers with little red LEDs that cast a very dim red glow in the room.. and a humidifier with bright green LED numbers that also add a very small amount of light. Is that acceptable or is it better to have 100% pitch black?

Shouldn,t be a problem. Plants outdoors put up with the moon shine.

put some black tape over the lights, better safe than sorry
