Question about floraflex pots

I've been growing in promix for a couple years and have decided to give coco a try.
I was deciding between Blumats or a homemade (or prebuilt) irrigation system.
I think I've decided to go with the floraflex irrigation with the square matrix on top.
The only thing I'm still trying to decide is the pots.
I was thinking 3 gallon fabric pots but now I'm considering the 6" or 8" Floraflex pots. I can't seem to find how much coco they hold?
I want to do 10-12 plants in a 4x8 tent so I'm not looking to do SOG. Probably using clones and setting up a SCROG.
Would 3 gallon Rhizo pots be the way to go? Or would the 6-8" floraflex pots work in that kind of scenario?
Wasn't sure if there's enough medium space in those pots to get enough veg time to fill the scrog....without having to worry about getting rootbound?
Thanks

I have been thinking on switching to the floraflex pot pros. If you are going to make the move to the square I would get those. Their coca pucks are pretty sweet and for your application they would crush

I was checking those out too. But wasn't sure if an 8" pot would be big enough for what I'm wanting to do.
It looked like the 6" pot is less than one gallon so the 8" is maybe 1.5 gallon?

no they would be fine. You would water frequently, three or four times a day but they would perform similar to rock wool cubes.
