Question about flushing for salt buildup

My plants have nute lockout due to high level of salts in my coco, my ppm for my nutes are 440-460ppm run off was reading 1100-1200ppm. I got clearx, followed instructions and when I checked the runoff it was down to around 220-238ppm. My question is should I continue to flush until the ppm is lower or is that sufficient since it’s lower then my nute soup ppm?

? ppm of your flush water before it went in

Did not think to take that but I am going to start to monitor this more closely. After reading the info on the link tint dropped , I think I have a better understanding of what I need to look for . Will find out

Commenting on the water frequency part of the pasted article what are the saying to water more but less water intake

let me explain it
when your coco dry out the ec inside it will climb
it's normal and it's good to let some dryback for the coco, to let it become clearer at the top. mostly during bloom

but what you want is to give enough runoff each time to clean all these salts accumulated

in fact when your irrigation stops you want the same EC/ph in your coco that you gave in the feed

everywhere you will hear to give 20 % runoff in coco but its misleading
recirculate your nutrients and give large runoff everytime
you want runoff during 10 min if you want it will never hurt

reset the ec/ph in the medium, rinse all the salts trapped

also 460ppm of nutrients is not enough
you needed to feed so low because salt were trapped in the medium
so you get very big EC value for the runoff, and probably a wrong ph inside the cocO

and you dont need clearex, you just need to give extra large runoff

make a solution of 1000ppm of base nutrient at pH 5.8 and water until you get
feed ec/ph=runoff ec/ph
then let the coco dryout a bit, and water again with large runoff etc ..
