Question about Jack's 321 and coco.

I started using Jack's 321 nutes this week and everything seems fine, except one thing. I grow in coco and water to 20 percent runoff every feeding. I've noticed a metallic/sulfur smell coming from the run off of three of my plants.

I asked on Reddit but those people are pretty much worthless. Could I have somehow developed root rot in three of my plants in the 10 days since I transplanted and the week that I've been using the Jack's? Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Growing in coco/perlite with Jacks 321, hand water 3-4 times a day. Have had no issues but a little algae at the beginning and monster beautiful girls that are growing way too big.
