Question about RP "headband" feminized

So, I vegged for around 4 weeks and put into flower. I'm growing 3 other strains besides the "headband" and they all showed sex at around the 4 week mark.

Here is my question, the headband never showed sex and you know how on the main stem of each node (mostly each node anyway)most plants hairs will shoot out letting you know it's female? Well my headband never did that, the only place I see hairs is where the buds are forming and it's not many hairs at all in the buds.

Anyone ever experienced this with RP's "headband" ?

I forgot to add that they've in flower for two weeks.
