question about seedlings

hi guys , i have 2 seedlings in the same pot (15 litre) , same soil n under the same cfl lights.

they both sprouted around 2 wks ago now and are aprox the same age give or take a day or 2,, one of them isnt growing at all really and its kindov yellowy/green. the other seedling is bigger dark green and seems to like its surroundings..

I CANT UPLOAD PICS AS IVE NO CAMERA OR PHONE.

Since sprouting ive only gave them i watering without nutes... i cant ph the water coz ive no pen or up/dwn
im currently trying to collect rain water as a way of watering them with the correct ph or as near to 6.0 as i possibly can. unfortunately the rain stopped as i put the tub outside lol so i need to wait but hey its scotland so prob wont be too long lol...

the seedling that isnt growing only has the first set of single leaves with the second set just starting to poke up.
the other seedling that sprouted second has its second set of leaves and is on its way to its 3rd set of leaves..

both are diff strains so maybe thats y one is doing better than the other.

the one thats struggling is a feminised mamma mia and the one thats doing ok is a feminised bubba kush.

im not expecting anyone to give the solution to my prob but can anyone tell me if the rain water idea might help to reduce the ph in the soil.???
my tap water is prob 7.0-7.4 and i believe rain water is around 5.6-6.0

i know i shudnt have put the 2 seeds in the same pot but it was all i had at the time..

Could just be a bum seed, but at 2 weeks sounds like both should be bigger, could be a environmental problem, how's ur temps and air ventilation and what not?

If I could read half your sentences good sir (legible English), I would attempt to help you, but I lost interest after sentence numero 3 and gave up, good luck with your problem =)

WTF? I don't understand whats so difficult to read...Anyway, the two plants may be competing for root space. The stronger of the two will win this battle. Is there anyway you could maybe carefully transplant the weak one and maybe save it? It's probably worth a try since it will most likely die off anyway. Good luck brother.

IMO a 15 liter pot should be able to house 2 plants for a good amout of time till they start to connect together at the roots, which isn't a problem if there both fem cause u can flower them together and no worry bout pollination, if one is male or u just wanna seperate them they will live through the transplant/separation and be fine after a short recovery

yeah i cud transplant the weaker of the two into another pot and dnt know why i didnt do it in the first place to be honest. they are both fems so in theory they both cud be kept in the same pot but i think today i will separate them n give them there own space.. if the weaker one dies then so be it but its worth a try... thanx guys :)
