Hey I am new to the grow scene and have my first question for anyone willing to help out. When on seed banks under descriptions of the seed they usually list a indoor yield of 400 - 600 gr/sqm. My question is how many plants would you need per square meter to achieve this. Are they talking large plants or small plants for the sea of green method. thanks for any help on this topic.

By this the seed company or breeder means, that under ideal conditions in a SoG format, you can achieve 400-600g/sqm. In a meter squared I would use 9 soil pots myself and lollipop the plants. Hope I could answer your question mate

Thank you for the information. Still a few months before I attempt my first grow but want to fully understand everything before I get started.
