hi i was wondering might be wrong with my plant. so far ive been watering it with 1/4 recommended plant food. its a 20-20-20 solution with a little bit of zn fe and Mn. i have plenty of ventilation and the lights are appropriate. its hard to describe the condition so have a look at the picture. thanks for any input i might get. and i have looked over many of the self diagnosis pages but im finding it hard to diagnose the problem.

looks like it is overfed with something......cut back on the watering/fert. regiment.

thanks for the quick response, i guess that makes sense. only the smallest plant is experiencing this to such a degree, and all the plants are getting the same concentration.
