question regarding 2 weeks into flowering

On my last grow at 2 weeks into flowering i already had some nice little buds forming and that was with cfl 2700k lights. So now i have clones taken from the previous plants that are now 2 weeks into flowering but under strictly Leds lights and there is still no sign of buds ??? Is it because of the led lighting takes longer ???? Soon they will be heading into my Hps room but im still curious why no little buds yet.

Are you getting little white looking hairs by the stem nodes ?

i noted a few today but still no one near what the last grow was and plant looks very nice a healthy

Give it another week sometimes plants can take that long to start showing sex, and some can take just 2 days, its all down to genetics, environment and how much nutes you give them, as you say there healthy so you shouldnt need worry they will show sex soon enough

Different factors can affect the rate of growth as mentioned and your choice of lighting is definitely one of those variables.

even knowing its the same genetics as the previous plants ?
