Questions about growing for others.

Here is the link to initiative 28. It should be on the ballot this november (pending signature validation) nand in no way messes with the current rights we have as growers (it will be a completely different system).

One of my favorite parts is a portion of the 10% tax on non-profit entities sale of cannabis to dispensaries will be allocated to setting a program up to fund medical patients who do not have the means to buy medication. I think this is a step in the right direction and hopefully those that qualified for the prorated processing fees for the current program will qualify the next one (this is an assumption). Not even the oregon health plan does this...

it is illegal to even give someone a pass on a spliff in the eyes of the law this is considered deal (yes i know its ridiculous i know) even if you give someone weed for free and def if you take money off them even if it's as you say a donation lol but i suppose it depends on were you're from etc my mate was busted last yr an all they cops did was sit in his kitchen an have a cupa then left lol it helps to know ppl lol

peace out :joint::roll:
if your a legal patient you can legaly give another patient up to 5 grams of meds for free its considerd a gift

i never said my patient sells cannabis. She has crohn's disease and needs large quantities in edibles. Where did I say I or my patient sell?

edit: "And I don't mind it if you do this once or twice, but it is the norm."

Ah, I see. This statement is in reference to the metaphor of needing cannabis for an ailment and not being about to give a charitable donation for cost. It is not in reference to selling. It only seems as such because i placed it after my tirade of systemic problems in the current system. I do not condone the sale of medical marijuana in any way, shape or form. Otherwise, I would not of started this thread in the first place.

The donation from patient to patient is key. Good call. I'm fuzzy other donation between differently classified persons. Lets say, patient to caregiver; caregiver to caregiver; caregiver to other patient, etc.

You know what it is?

It was something I forgot to ask and may in the very distant future be relevant to me, but i'll ask next time. The gray areas of these laws are astounding. I don't necessarily want them to be clarified the normal way, because it means medical marijuana patients getting their head placed under the ax. That is not a way to clarify the laws (hopefully it is written in and no one has to set precedent.

edit: As it happens swapping clones may fall into this category...
