so my plant has been in flower for maybe 1 and 2 to 3 days shes 2 feet tall how many cfls should i flower her umder

I would say to try for 6-8 and try to space them so they cover every inch of the plant since CFL's don't have good penatration... you may want more, because the more you have the bigger your harvest will be...
