Hello Rollitup,

Normally i tag my plants before i put them into flowering, but i got super blazed and didnt tag my plants this grow... so i have no idea how old they are into harvest (plus i am running SOG so i dont even know when i planted them... i kept record of when i cloned them however)... so today i saw some pistils changing color from white to red/ orange... does anyone know when i should start flushing? imo i think i should start flushing this week or next.

I dont keep track of veg/flower time either. When they reach a sepcific height then I switch to flower. I never go by the estimated flowering period. either. Ill harvest when the triches are the corect colour anyway nice looking plants. Im not sure when you should flush some say 2 weeks, some say 1 week other say a few days before you chop them down. I flush 3-4 days before a chop em. I guess its up to you really.

good trich produdction, i'd flush sometime this week and be ready for harvest in another 2, but only way to surely tell would be to look at those trich's under a microscope...harvest when the clear is gone all milky and see a few starting to turn amber(not alot, just a few), you want cloudy, amber says the trichs are going past prime :)

yeah, so you think the best time for me to start flushing is when the triches are white so after 1-2 weeks of flush the triches will be amber?

Check your trichs!!! Start your flush when they start to go milky. The more translucent your trichomes the more heady the high will be. The more amber, the more body. Peak potency is when they are milky right before they turn amber. Bare in mind that everything is really strain specific. Personal Preference plays a big role too.

For a simple answer, i would start only water feeding soon, and continue for the duration.

Amber color means the THC has degraded. You want as close to all milky white as possible.
