Questions On How To's

Alright well awhile ago i built a 5x4x8ft closet
outside is drywalled taped and muded. inside is just holoed out. siliconed along all the edges inside to seal it better.

I have a 4inch inline Duct fan as intake pulling direct from outside.
Then i have a 4inch inline Duct fan as my exhaust. the room stays very hot. pulling 40 degree air the room stays at 85-91's
Only CFL lights.
I have a 6inch Inline Duct fan i WANT to use but i can not figure out how to make it quiter.
It is just far far to loud.
I plan to pick up a roll of plastic from homedepot and line the inside walls with it. to seal it even better.

Ok with that all said now i need some info on propper exhaust and intakes. and what i need to change. keepen the fact that im done spending money on this in mind. so any ideas need to be DYI methods.

side note. The Duct Fans are mounted inside the room. and i boxed off 2 bays and mounted each duct fan into each Bay. then on the outside of the wall i have AC vents for appearence purposes. At the exhaust Fan. i have lined one of those AC vents with a Scotch brite Cloth and filled with active carbon to work as the filter. this is not working its to restrictive and i tend to just remove the vent cover its self durring lights on.

Edit: I was thinking... I would maybe build a enclosed box to put the 6inch duct fan into then hang that box from some hooks in the ceiling with bungies hopen that will help with the sound of the blades them selfs and the vibration. just not sure what to use to build the box with.

idk i have no idea im out of ideas that actualy work.

Do u have a fan in the room to circulate some air around, besides the inline fan? I think that will help ur heat issue a bit.

Not sure about the sound issue though bud.

yeah i have 2 smaller 6inch fans pointing up from the ground under the plants. and then i have a 18? maybe bigger oscillating fan in the room. Temps actually raised 2-3 degrees when i added the oscillating fan, but i left it in there regardless. they need to have a nice breeze and the airs gotta move.

I mean hell. the 4inch duct fans are rated to move the sqft of space i have in there. they should be more then enough.. never mind pulling this insanely cold air from outside directly into the closet
