Ok so first question. Do you weave the branches in and out of the screen.
Or just keep it under the screen till u flower. When the main cola reaches the screen do you just bend it or top it?

Hey Grow - I'm not a pro at SCROG yet but what I have learned is that vertical growth is sort of the enemy as it amkes for an uneven canopy that's hard to control. The trick for me was to really invest time in training the plants to be low and bushy (topped 2x and LST) and then to lower my screen. The effect is branches that run horizontal instead of straight up into and through the screen where they turn into a problem. Then it's easy - just train them out underneath.
