not all penny auction sites are scam imo. Quibids has been around for a long time and it has a lot of competing bidders over there, which really makes winning there almost impossible or not-so-cheap at all. I haven't tried it, but my work colleague suggested me to try HappyBidDay instead, he's really into those penny auctions and won a couple of stuff (saw it myself). He's really freaky and treats it like a second job, scares the shit out of me especially when I'm high lol
