If your lights are on your fan should also be on.
If your fan stops and your light are on, you've got big problems.

Yeaah there the fans :) I was going to have a 700m3 fan>ducting>Tpiece>Ducting>Light>Ducting>Filter
Ducting>Light>Ducting>Filter
I just wonderd if the fan would still mesure the room temp correctly? The fans will b on 24/7 :)

stopping and starting will reduce the like of your fan big time. Keep it running when lights are on.

I use an RVK150E2-A1 - 480m3/h fan with SMS SMART CONTROLLER which is a temperature sensored fan speed controller.

This adjusts the fans running speed to maintain your set temperature.

You can set an idle speed so it never turns off only slows down.

If the fan has a sensor that you can place in your room at your own desired level then it should work.

If the fan itself is the sensor then it may read alot hotter than it actually is forcing the fan to run at full speed.

THAT FAN IS NOT DESIGNED TO BE USED WITH AIR COOLED REFLECTORS.

It monitors air temperature.

IMO for use only with a carbon filter and open reflector as it tries to maintain the air temp at the set level

What lights are you planning?

I can't remember!

If its 2x400w then yes it will pull through the 2 and should keep it cool enough.

600's then no you'll want the high power version 660m3/h or there abouts.
