sorry guys i cant give you no pics yet my camera is not here :( ill explain as much as i can, the strain is blue cheese, they are now 3 weeks and 3 days old but quite big and chunky for there age i think, i am not feeding them any nutes as of now, i was feeding them Bio-bizz root juice for the first 3 weeks from sprouting but now i am feeding just water untill friday when i put them into flowering. i water them once a day when they need it. the rest of the plant is fine really nice dark green colour no droopyness just that one leaf which is on the first node. hope this gives u a bit of a mental picture :) thanks guysss :)

You gave nutes too early maybe, like whoever said root bound or nute def. cause during flowering you need n I believe and since you gave nutes at some point that could be the cause

He hasn't gave em nutes yet and its absolutely normal for the cotyledon and first leaves to yellow and fall off.If the whole plant was yellow i'd say feed em but since they not u should be good. Hope this helps

At three to four weeks from seed you should start seeing the bottom leaves turning yellow. This means the plant is using up it's available nitrogen and to a tiny extent, potassium and phosphorus. Nitrogen is always the first to be used up and it shows as an even yellowing of the leaves. Sometimes starting at the very tips, but quickly it becomes the entire leaf.

I've always used this sign as the plant telling me, okay go ahead and start feeding me now (or transplant into a larger container).

This helps quite a bit, it was my pal who told me about needing to transplant, to be honest my pots at the minute are very small, like a bit smaller than a coke can i am ashammed to admit lol. i am going to transplant them today into a 5litre i think, thanks for the help though it has really helped!
