Has anyone with a bad back tried an inversion table? I need to try something, this round has been going on too long. The place I got shots before is in downtown Sac and a PITA to get to.
I have one, it helps. I see them marketplace for cheap or free sometimes . It hurts my ankles a little ( mostly pulling the hair on top of my feet ) and I wouldn’t do it with someone to stand you back up until you get used to it ( pro tip ).

I have one also...It makes a wonderful ironing board now....

I think they can be beneficial, for some. I use to use it right before bed.

Hopefully it helps you ratt!!
Something has to be done, this has gone on too long this time. Fingers crossed. The boy dragged it into the garage for me at least. Had a little shower roll through last night, didn't amount to much.

My pt guy at the VA told me they don't encourage inversion devices for "elderly" people due to possible stroke and the like. He put me on a traction table that really helped!

I am planning on trying it at a lower inversion angle. Don't need to be doing a remake of Scanners.
Now that the swelling has gone down in my gums a piece of tooth has shown itself. Going to the dentist to get it dug out of there this afternoon.
