Re-flowering while almost ready to harvest

These plants have been growing since 13th of October.
I've chopped out 2 that never flowered.
Now the ones that are left were looking like they were nearly ready to harvest but needed a little longer. So I left them and now they've started to grow white hairs again. Does anybody know what has happened and what to do next? I'm getting tired of them to be honest, they seem to have taken ages, rinsing my electric and taking ages to grow/flower fully. Thanks

What are you feeding them ?
What are your temps and humidity?
Just guessing you recently used calmag or another nutrient with a boost of nitrogen ?

Just water with a ph of 7.
I gave them fox farm nutes about 5 weeks ago and havnt since because some of them reacted badly to it.
Temps are 27c and humidity 70%

Look at your temps and humidity
I think you answered your own question that isn't a good flowering environment unless you have co2 and a sealed room of LED's

Needs a few weeks or so. But I notice foxtailing. What light are you using, and how close is it? Looks like they've got plenty of N too. Try to lower the RH a little too if you can.

The calyx are stacking ( that’s why it throwing more pistils ) .... probably environmental .
Know that your harvest will be airy when time comes. Many reasons for foxtail - feed issues , temp , genetics, light stress , etc.

My aunties plant just looked like this went through a lot of stress had spidermite in veg started in wrong soil unsealed environment bad humidity and temp light leakage & a old light
