Ready for a FIMMING?

Hey I was just wondering if my girls were big enough for me to FIM them, any input is much appreciated. They are TGA's qleaner, and they're approximately 2.5 weeks old. I have them in soil, in 1 gallon pots. The Soil is just my own homemade mix, and I feed them with pure water about every other day. Oh and they're sitting under a Hydrofarm T5 light. I only took pictures of one of them, because they're all the same size and height. Anyway here are the pictures:
