Ready to harvest or not

Hello! I am just trying to gather some opinions on if my two girls are ready to harvest? This is only my second grow so I’m still very new. The first 3 pictures are critical kush and the last one is my white widow. Let me know what you all think! They’ve been flowering for about 8 weeks now.

Couple more weeks imo

Looking great. Could probably use another 2 weeks.

Also I have a white fly issue so I’m worried the longer I wait the more they are going to eat them up… I have sticky traps but that only does so much…
