I say its the ideal time to cut it off.

Tobacco are harvested while the leaves are still green. I bet his plant leaves are at THC peak.

My dad actually used the leaves to tenderize meat. He used it on cow tongue that bitch was juicy and good as a mofo didn’t have to chew so hard. Cow tongue is good if you know how to season it.
