Hey guys! Need some recommendations on some good soil for my next run.
My current setup was a coco based medium using dry amendments and teas.
I was using RoyalGold Tupur medium and nutrients I’m using is called Green Rein All purpose 5-5-5 and this 0-9-3 bloom both dry amendments. I also had a couple additives like Alfalfa meal and bat guano.
It was an alright combo I think I can do better with regular soil. I like really well draining and air

My next run the nutrients I want to try out are the Dr Earth nutrients. Like an all purpose and a bloom dry amendments.

Give some recommendations!

Roots organic is a soil blend that has a lot of coco in it. I like it for starting seeds and i mix it about 50/50 with super soil for the rest of the grow.

I run promix with roots organics terp tea grow and bloom dry amendments. I hate bottle feeding. Nothing easier than just watering. I do however supplement with kelp and guano, but that’s about it. Gaia Green has really good dry amendments also.

Do you want to mix up a supersoil with everything in it, or do you just want to run organic liquid nutes? I like the Farmer's Pride liquid nutrients from Blue Planet, along with several applications of tea-coco works just as good as anything at hosting large #s of beneficial organisms. But as the other guy said, just having to water is VERY nice. If you've read everything here about building soil, this is a good thread I refer to sometimes to get ideas, plenty of soil and tea recipes: https://www.icmag.com/ic/showthread.php?t=53792

I recently swapped to Dr Earth. Get a good premix soil and amend with Dr Earth and you can just topdress every 3-4 weeks with ph'd water. I went coco, the soil route is better with dry amendments.

Also you should check out Stealth Grows on Youtube. Dr Earth recently changed their formula. He uses Tupur and malibu biodynamic compost and gets great results with Dr Earth.

If you want to use Dr Earth, I recommend the 4-6-3 for veg and 3-9-4 for flower. Veg and Bloom bags respectively. 2tbsp per gallon of medium. Stealth Grows can give you exact measurements in the mix.
