Red dots that keep getting bigger!!

Hey guys I got some girls that are about 3 weeks into veg and I just topped and trimmed some undergrowth (starting the process of mainlining) the day after I did this, these red dots appeared. I read that it might be a calcium, magnesium deficiency, it just seems strange that it only happened once I topped and trimmed, they were doing awesome before that! Here are some pics of the damage, any information would be awesome!

red dots, idk, did you wash that hydroton off properly, you could be getting transfer from them. from the pictures your leaves look very dark green with a lot of purple petioles and veins. you probably have something going on, but with lucas you shouldnt. what is your ph range?

Can you take a photo without the LED lights so we can see what color everything is?
