So I started flowering almost exactly 2 weeks ago and it seems to have stopped growing height wise since then. In veg it was putting on an inch or two every day. The last 2 weeks its grown maybe 1-2 inches. Bud production seems to be be moving nicely its just the height thats slowed down.
My second problem is my stems have all turned red/maroon. Not the main stock but just the stems branching off. I searched around and it seems there are mixed feelings about this. Some seem to think its in the strain and some believe its a phosfurus deficiency.
Also my lowest leaves have been yellowing and dying off. Its just now creeping up on the first set of 5-pronged leaves so I hope I can catch it.
Any help would be mucho appreciated. I filled out this questionare the best I could since I see someone post it up on every one of these threads lol Thanks guys and girls!!!
How long has this problem been going on? 2 weeks
What STRAIN are you growing? not sure...bag seed
What was the establishing technique? (seed or clone?) seed
What is the age of your plants? from seed...about 10 weeks
How long have they been in the soil mixture they are in now? transplanted at 4 weeks into same type soil
How Tall are the plants? 19"
What PHASE (seedling, vegetative or flower) are the plants in? flowering
What Technique are you using? (SOG, SCROG etc)
What size pots are you using? (Include how many subjects to pot) about 2 gallon
What substrate/medium are you using? What brand of soil mixture are you using?(percentage of perlite, vermiculite...etc?) Miracle grow w/fert
What Nutrient's are you using? Tiger Bloom/ Big Bloom
How much of each nutrient are you using with how much water? *Knowing the brand is very helpful* Only fed once...half the specified amount
How often are you feeding? once so far
If flowering, when did you switch over to using Bloom nutrients? 2 weeks in
What order are you mixing your nutrients? (example: veg nutes 1st, bloom 2nd ect) ???
What is the TDS/EC/PPM of your nutrients used? ???
What is the pH of the "RUN-OFF"? havent tested yet...will today
What method of pH test was administered? Using Strips? pH pen?
How often are you watering? up until 2 weeks ago...every day...now every 2-4 days
When was your last feeding and how often are you feeding? 2 days ago
What size bulb are you using? 5 43w cfl's and 150w HPS on the way
What is the distance to the canopy? ??
What is your RH Factor? (Relative Humidity) not sure
What is the canopy temperature? not sure
What is the Day/Night Temp? (Include fluctuation range)
What is the current Air Flow? (cfm etc.)
Tell us about your ventilation, intake exhaust and when its running and not running ? Fan runs 24/7 in open closet with window open in the room almost always
Is the fan blowing directly at plants? yes
Is the grow substrate constantly wet or moist? ???
Is your water HARD or SOFT? hard
What water are you using? Reverse Osmosis (RO)? Tap? Bottled? Well water? Distilled? Mineral Water? just started on distilled
Are you using water from a water softener? no
Has plant been recently pruned, cloned or pinched? no
Have any pest chemicals been used? If so what and when? no
Are plant's infected with pest's? no
