I grow too small,
Too many,
In too small a space.

It’s what works for me.

I haven’t seen many love potion journals.
So I thought I’d share my little grow.

These are reveging cuts taken in flower.

I found these sub irrigated planters at Lowes!

So I figured fill them and flip asap.

In promix, w Gaia green dry amendments.
444 to start.
Cuts where rooted in Rockwool.

I should start off by saying I’m at week 5-6 atm.
So I’m backtracking and guessing details that aren’t really important.
I’ll dump a bunch of progress pictures up untill the current pictures.
They where very slow to reveg and I knew w 12 in there I was doomed from the start.

Looks like I stayed up late and added drip tape on one carrot. Instead of a carrot per plant.
I’m top dressing w Gaia green
Was 444,
Now I went 2/3 flower and 1/3 444

I alternate between bottom watering the sips and top watering w the drip tape when I topdress.

Looking back, maybe too much
nitrogen at that point.F0C0C5C6-4662-46D9-AED2-F799CF8CBC0E.jpeg9AAB880B-4672-4665-A163-C42FE39221D2.jpegB701B77C-7F18-47FF-AEAE-4CA60AF23C90.jpeg

As I update pictures, I’ll say I’ve already decided to go less plants next time. I just really hate not giving each one a happy life. After all the efforts to root? My fault for not planning.
Lol

Fast forward to most up to date.
I’m thinking week 5-6.
Was top dressing tablespoon of Gaia green flower per gallon every two weeks. It looked like too dark green so I’m only top dress every 3-4 weeks.
Straight tap water daily.
Comes out the tap at 7.

Contemplating giving them a regular “salts” spike next top watering.
Just don’t want to fry them.
Everything is finally going well, I’d rather not risk it.
There is P in the amendments already…

Nice looking grow! I've been wanting to grow Love Potion #2 for years, but its an old strain and always out of stock.
This round was a few years in the making. Not a huge accomplishment but between downsizing, moving,
And the rabbit holes of pheno hunting;
It’s been a long road to this tent run with all love potion.
Really hope it finishes and cures well.
Has a real Hawaiian flower kinda smell when done right.
A big reason I’ve kept this one going.

Last night.

Did the math and I’m at week four of flower.
Day 30 since first sighted bud start.

Looks like maybe overwatered.
Been defoliating here and there to open it up for airflow.
Lots of larf down low.
Not sure if I should take all lowers off or harvest tops and let the bottom go longer to get bigger.

Things are looking to be close to ready.
I like daytime “do stuff” kinda buzz, so I’d like to chop her as early as possible.
I’ve let this pheno go the 10-12 weeks in the past and after week 9 it seems to just degrade.
So this time it’s as early as possible.
Hoping to get it with that floral sweet smells that emerged just after the “ivory bar soap” kinda smells it started out with at week 5 or so.
A small, stout, sweet pheno that I enjoy daily.

Well, coming to day 64, so week 9.
Looks like some is just starting to get better looking.
I was wrong, this will need more than the 9 weeks I hoped for.
10-12 weeks as advertised.
Light dimmed to 60 now.
