Relative humidity optimization

So I’ve been reading through search results and can’t seem to feel confident in where I’m at. Right now I have a sealed environment that I can maintain at 78* and according to the chart I screenshot from somewhere a while back it says I should be in the 70% humidity range. I scared I’m going to end up with PM or mold on my walls. I read a lot of post where people say to aim for 50% RH seemingly regardless of ambient temp. Should I try to maintain a lower temperature( I can simply lower my heater setting) and my RH or am I just being paranoid. I have a inkbird humidity controller setup on a dehumidifier and a humidifier already so making adjustment is just a push of a button. Thanks for any and all replies.

Also are there different ranges I should aim to maintain for the different stages in the plants life? If so what are they?
