Ok maybe I'm smoking too much but i was wondering this when we set the clocks back. Az to OH is what a 2 hour time difference? But a few weeks ago it would have been a 3 hour difference since OH participates and Az doesn't? Am i way off here?

You're right on the money. In summer AZ is three hrs ahead and in winter it's only two. Only thing I don't like is right now the sun doesn't rise until near 7am. And it'll rise even later until the winter solstice.
