Retarded Seedling???

i just wanted to put up a few pics of one seedling i have growing right now. i think it's half retarded, might be something with the genetics. but its growing really weird, everything seems to be very tight and compact almost growing in a ball. just take a look at the pics and let me know what you think.

yeh i had one like that!but smaller!it was growing but everything was deformed,compact and miniture!3weeks into veg it was on its 4th set of leaves and only about 2and ahalf inches tall and a inch and a half wide so i threw it away but before i did i checked the root system and even that was stunted!glad i only got one!bet you are too!
 
also the soil need some perlite, for drainage, plants also dont like that bark in the soil. perlite is a lot better. the plant will be struggling, in that soil, the plants trying to tell you its unhappy.
 
i'm growing a retarded plant, just to see what would happen, the funny thing is i had 5 plants and out the 5, the retarded plant was the only female! haha

all my seedling are under t8's. i have 9 of them going now so i know i'm going to have to add atleast 2 more t8's. 2 t8's ain't gonna cut it.
 
with the $ u spend on 4 cfl's and some tube lights..u can save like 20-30$ and buy a 400watt hps off ebay! check it out!
