Reversing flower cycle light period?

Has anyone ever flipped their flowering light cycle without causing stress or hermies?
The days are becoming warmer and I want to change lights-on from 8:00 am-8:00pm to 8:00pm-8:00am.

There are a couple of plants 1.5 weeks into flowering.

I was thinking of letting the garden sit in a dark cycle for 24 hrs (8:00pm-8:00pm the next day) and starting the new lights-on cycle then at 8:00pm-8:00am.

Any thoughts?

They are feminized seeds from Sagarmatha and Dinafem. Whether these companies qualify as shit genetics can be debated.
But I would imagine altering the light cycle would create some stress.
Has anyone tried this?

1.5 weeks... no problem. It's when they get 5 or 6 + weeks in that you start to have to worry about stress. Do it by giving it 12 hours of light, followed by 24 hours of dark, followed by 12 hours of light. Extend the dark time to reach your desired new schedule... don't give it more than 12 hours of light.

Extend the darkness period, or extend a lightness period... if it's just a half-day, and it's only once, it won't make a difference.
