Ripening Help

So I got a mystery sativa plant in about the 10th week of flowering, its pretty small about 12 inches and has an alrite looking cola and its filled with triches and about 40 to 50% filled with Orange hairs. It's still growing flowers but I want it to ripen up to harvest already, can anyone help on how to do that?

add some more light if you can

what is your lighting looking like. and are there any light leaks

.. I only see 1/4Oz from that plant

I barely changed to 8/16 someone said that would help, and no leaks at all

what dark said, its not really something you get to choose with a bag seed, its all in genetics, enjoy

Any estimates on how long until its ready to be harvested?

so 8 day/16 night.


because 12/12 is the standard. they still need the light to produce growth. the light schedule just tricks the plant to flower. The longer night period simulates the onset of winter

Yea I had it 12/12 but I heard switching to 8/16 helps speed up ripening

change it to 12/12. 8/16 provides no benefits over 12/12 in exchange for 1/3 less time for the plant to make energy to grow with.

can you get a few more pics? I'm having a hard time trying to give a estimate i feel totally confident in based off just the 1 pic, have you looked at your trichomes yet?
