Hello ****

You've sent us a copy of your order #734901 but there's no payment in the envelope?

Regards

....

The envelope had $145 enclosed.
Don't order from Herbies Seed Bank. They are a blatantly fraudulent entity. Please spread the word if you can and perhaps it will save a poor bastard like myself from pissing away good money for absolutely nothing in return.

There are to many variables when sending cash. Only send it if you can afford to lose it. I stopped using Herbies when they stopped taking debit/credit cards from the US. If you are in the states buy in the states. Neptuneseedbank did me a solid with the cheapest seeds i could find. They turned out killer. Microwaved nugs get me crippled and i dont say that lightly lol.

There are SOO many US based banks that carry far better strains then the big boys of oversea's fame..

I know, I know. The real good breeders are now listed on TUDEs site.....Now take a step back and ask yourself....How often do you think Archive or the like will actually make a drop to the tude? How much?

Watch the home grown sites....

BTW...Not happy with Loompa Farms right now....Fucking everything "we" got from them....Did ball dropping herming! Just a heads up kiddies...

A fraudulent entity? After many successful transaction you call a company out on here because you got stuffed on one order when you sent cash through the post?
Sort it out. Send a bank transfer or pay a mate to send a bank transfer. Sending cash in the post is a dumb idea. There are thieving scum working in all sectors of society including the post office.

You sent cash in the mail? Wow that's stupid

The problem is you sent an envelope with $145 through a postal system that tells you not to send cash through it. Herbies didnt rob you a postal worker did.

No reason to hate crime them here, they have run a no quibble service for years with me and most others :-)
Hate crime them? The envelope was untampered upon their recieval. I suppose the mail workers are composed of magicians as well. They have run a good service for you and many others for many years. Nice. Me too.

I KNOW, RIGHT! I said the exact same thing about the used car dealership down the street.
Ill tell ya,
I have the same distrust of the occupations that carry stigma.
Lawyers, mechanics, painters, phone sales, doctors, plumbers, bankers, teachers, people who sell 5$ coffees
Those cashiers n wait staff that are stealing my debit card info,

But I wonder how many envelopes these guys receive each year without cash.
Or how many people straight up lie and say their seeds didn't pop or they didn't arrive. Customers can be crooked too. My best GUESS is they didn't take the cash

I feel that with the internet and the ability for customers to bitch to a large targeted audience its not worth it to steal from your customers.

Those seeds are so cheap for them
They don't need to steal.

Its not worth their time or reputation.

None of us know where the cash is and that sucks, but since that is the case
Can you really feel ok with blasting them?

:fire: I'd be mad at the postal service and maybe make a call but I highly doubt this is herbies fault. Who know these days in this world we live in. I hope you sort it out none the less. I have had problems with banks as well recently.... it sucks for sure but I have come to find it' part if the game so to speak.:bigjoint: happy growing!

Bullshit. Herbie's didn't rip you a postal worker did. Never send cash.

It's not hard to open an envelope and reseal it.

I've dealt with Herbie's many times. I had one order that had a bunch of seeds that didn't germ. They don't even discuss germing seeds but they still replaced the whole $250 order.

I doubt they robbed you.

I'm sure if you talk to them they will make it right.

Not to equate you as stupid but you do know that anything of value in the post should be recorded delivery so the appropriate insurance can be added. Then when rheft occurs the whole thing has been monitored through delivery and you get your money back no quibble.

Really your just a real thick person but thats why us pros are here to get you started on the basics of sending cash throught the post and get you them seeds so you 'CAN' become a grower :-)

I do not sent cash in the mail but I do know many who have they have done it a number of ways. Yellow padded envelope, wrapped in a few sheets of paper from printer with a random pic or print on it, non see through envelope etc. so it looks no different than any letter going through the mail. Also it is easy to unseal and u seal an envelope(seen people do it) and a buddy showed me that years and years ago in high school. But if I had to do it I'd make it look like a bill or letter and hope for the best. It sucks that this shit happens but if you take precautions it prob would be easier to say "they ripped me off" but given there rep as I said I very much doubt it. Happy growing!:bigjoint:

Padded envelopes work or folded up in several pieces of paper and taped shut so it looks like a letter.

Putting some glue to seal the envelope and even some good quality clear tape on the outside helps.

If I had to send it I would just get an international money order.

Good advice... If you ever choose to do this again...
