Neither one is scary if you ask me. Rollercoasters are fun, not scary. Ferris wheels are boring, but scenic.

Ferris wheels do freak me the f*** out. I haven't been on one of those since I was a kid.
But yeah, I'll get onto any roller coaster, front row if available.

I am afraid of Ferris wheels but I really dig roller coasters, which doesn't make sense. The taller the drops and inversions the better.

My wife is a scardicat too. I got her to go on the Zipper with me once and she was freaking out singing to herself and telling herself she was OK, lol.
I have to go on rides with my wife's family's kids that other people are scared of. I don't understand why people are so afraid of coasters. The only coaster that I went on that was kinda scary was an old wood one, and it was only scary because it sounded like it was gonna fall apart, lol.

I want to go to both Busch Gardens eventually. I am afraid of heights as well and avoid freefall drop rides for precisely this reason.

Yeah Williamsburg Busch has a few of the free fall drop rides... I won't do those either.
They are both great parks...I've been to Williamsburg Busch at least 10 times, and Tampa just once many years ago.

I liked Space Mountain a lot more when it still had Dick Dale's cover of "Aquarium" from Saint-Saenz's Carnival of the Animals.
Usually it's from the negative G's. The Pike's Cyclone Racer was a rickety wooden one.

I have been to Palmdale one time. That was the last time. I call the los angeles metropolitan area Hell because horrendous wildfires in summer and 90° Fahrenheit in December.
(Fahrenheit is another awesome coaster, at Hersheypark.)
