Roly Poly's in my Plant

Big plant about to go in its permanent home, going up to check on it, I found it had a bunch of roly polies in the dirt! Are they harmful or beneficial...should i get rid of them and how?! I dont like using insecticides because i want this to be an organic grow!!

im no expert, i was just coming into this section to ask how to get rid of them. I have those bugs too and they ate my seedlings
