Solyndra has assets and intellectual property
All it will take is a tarriff on Chinese Solar panels they are "dumping" onto the market
And yes evidence is coming to light China is indeed dumping Panels onto the market

Government should stay out of private business affairs entirely and stop propping up losing companies. If the Chinese can "Dump" solar panels on us it means cheaper cost to start your own power independence. Perhaps Government should now endorse a Giant 1,000,000% tariff on foreign panels and give Solyndra a Monopoly, that would be sure to make Solyndra a prospering company!! Government can just run all the corporations right? Sounds like Fascism to me.

The petition also mentions currency manipulation as another tactic that drives out American solar businesses. From the Washington Post:

How DARE those Chinese have all the rare Earths!! You can be Sure if the USA had all of the rare earths we would give most of it away!!

becuase they could dump products on the market until Domestic Producers go out of business

Sorry bub, but the Chinese Yuan has been Pegged to the USA dollar for years now. If the Yuan is Devalued by even 1%, it is because the US Dollar has devalued 1%. It isn't currency manipulation, it's called smart business. The USA cannot devalue it's currency enough to make US Exports cheaper in other countries that peg their currencies to ours. The Euro is also a currency with a fixed exchange rate.

How many Cars can the Chinese build in a Year? Can they do that forever? Do they have Magical Car defecating unicorns or something? Where will they get all of the raw materials to make such a massive amount of products?

They Eat up all the steel
My Company has been Buying castings from china for a Decade
Think about how much the chinese undercut their steel to cover the Transportation costs
Very Little Labor in Steel production. And the Chinese have been trying to Kill the US domestic production for the last 10 years
Want to know why there are no US Television producers? The japanese Did the same thing in the 60s and 70s

Yes, borrowing for hemp setup and your own business works now, although federally illegal (which is one reason it is works). That doesn't compare to what white Obama wants to & has burdened generations to come with. Without His out of place programs & agenda we would not be having the problems we're having now. If you don't support the american constitution & bypass for your personal belief (not supported well by the Democrat) you should not be in power. . . end of story.
