Roots coming out potholes

I know im not root bound just switched the pot 3 days ago so i know shes still good anyway had s couple roots poking through several different pot holes underneath should i transplant or .... I need advice im 18hrs indoor im use to outdoor so shes really growing faster then i ever experienced

Are the tips of her leaves past the diameter of the pot? What size pot are you using? Pictures give more detail than what you can write my man.

Where space will allow, when ample aeration material is provided in the grow media, there should be NO limit to the size of the pot used. Even indoors, if you can fit it in, fill it up.
Be prepared for ridiculous growth when using 20+ gallon pots indoors.

Roots poking out of pot holes is not an indication of anything. Its the roots job to grow, they explore there boundaries, that's also one of the purposes of the root hairs, they hit an object and work around it, when they come into contact with air they air prune and another shoot is sent out.
