Roots out growing my pot... ?

What should I do?
Do the roots look okay?
The pot is made for easy plant transfer.

this is the plant size

i would plant that pot in2 another pot
and it looks like u got abit of nute burn there
slow down on the nutes untill u see it growing
again good luck
