Run for Your Life - The Bugs are Coming!

This is my first grow, and throughtout the vegetative state of my 4 outside potted Acapulco Gold plants, I had almost no trouble with bugs, and things remained that way until my plants started flowering. It's 11 days now since my ladies started blossoming, and all hell has broken loose, the invasion of the leaf leapers and the spider mites is now underway, and to make things worse, a couple of days ago I noticed what may me the early stage of powdery mildew on a few leaves of one of my plants, and today I found it on a few leaves of another plant. The strange thing is, when I wiped off the effected leaves with a wet cloth, the slight white color on the leaves temporarily disapeared, but returned later after the leaves had dried, but not nearly as much as before. I'm starting to think my problem may be salt deposits appearing on the leaves from the nutrients I've been using, since I normally only water my plants to the point where just a little bit of water appears in the tray below the pot, but I don't really know. If it is powdery mildew, I found what's suppose to be a great organic product for the prevention and control of powdery mildew and insects on the net called HAPPY DAZE, and it should be arriving sometime today. Anyone ever heard of this stuff, it's suppose to be really good. Also, does powdery mildew temporarily disappear when you wipe the leaves off with a damp cloth, and then return later to the same leaves when they are dry, but not as noticeable as before, or do you think I have another problem?

Wow! Who knew, certainly not me. Thanks man, since the expensive stuff won't be arriving now until Monday, I'll try the hydrogen peroxide later today. Right now I'm going to enlighten my mind with a bowl of maui wowie, one of my all time favorites. Have a good one, brother.
