Running out of headroom, what are my options?

Hello! I'm a noob :) This is my first grow and I'm growing in my crawlspace. I've got three healthy plants and have just switched to 12/12 on the 1st. Should have started flowering sooner...Everything is looking great, but I have a feeling I will soon be running out of headroom. What are my options? Please help!

I have had the same problem with some 6 footers. What I did was wait until I knew I could safely bend them over and I took a curtain rod and placed it across the middle of plants from wall to wall ( 3x3x8 ) then I pulled the limbs over and tied them down to curtain rod. It worked.

I don't know if it's because I'm a girl, but LST sounds scary. I've done a little reading on the subject, but the actual pinch and bend process terrifies me. I would be afraid to break off a limb. Can someone direct me to a video or really good instructions? GoldenGanja, did you just pull the limbs back and secure them or did you bend them? What would be a good material to use to secure the bent branches? Thanks

From my experience tieing down the main colas from early veg helps to combat this issue from the start, and it also helps to strengthen the branches. Good luck to the end.

Too late for a LST
The best thing to use is a green plastic garden tape. It stretches so you don't have to worry about un tieing and re tieing .
What I did was pull them over and tie them down (flexible green garden tape) and gave them enough room to bend up. It worked and I was able to pull 7 oz off one plant.
Let me see if I have a old photo of the bent stalk.

Here you go, you can see where the limb was forced down and grew up.
Once they are growing long ways the buds grow up towards light. Look close and you can see bent limbs.

ive had exactly the same problem with a 2 meter high strawberry haze i should have flowered earlier but he ho ive had to bend it rite over and it aint showing any bad signs or that

glad i could help a lttle girl seeing as you want to use that

serrious i like helping use it well and im happy happy happy you must have a clue to have plants going into your lights but if you need hlp dont feel like you alone i notice your new here but always feel free to ask and when poss put up a pic you will get more hlp dont play the girlie card though

Didn't mean to use the girl card, certainly not the little girl card. Was just trying to put some humor into it :) Can't take normal pics as they all come out with lines because of the light I'm using. Thanks for everyone's input! It's appreciated.
