Hi I thought this seemed the most relevent place to leave this maybe as only my review/opinion but if anyone has a view on this light i would like to hear too..
I been in the game a while but never raelly got a proper grow going because of various obstacles but I have learned a lot along the way mostly from my own and other mistakes! I am enterin it from the DIY budget end like usual for me ;)

I have to say I believe the marketting hype about this sansi light, its VERY heavy solid steel body is nice when you lift it out of the box. Everyhting about the marketting and the feel of the light seem to line up, it does indeed have a honey comb design letting air move around each individual LED. It gives of a very "HPS" feeling light, a heavy nice thick light.

I have to say I was very shocked at how it lived up to the marketting hype and I am kinda shocked at how cheap it is considering the quality, and I mean as a budget light. But also as a light for a small space, I have one plant in a rather small tent because of lack of space and have been able to keep the temps perfect without much effort at all, any other light with the normal quantum board design really blocks the air flow in a small grow, i found this time and time again.

The only thing that feels a bit cheap is the dimmer ability, it barely registers the dimmer until turn quite far then suddenly dims LOADS. i found it jhard to dial in a "mildy" dimmer setting, it seemed only fully open or 40%.. hard to get in between.

I would highly recommend sansi as a brand and the lights to anyone, even not on a budget. I think their marketting is not built on lies (like so many other chinese branded grow lights). The way this light managed its own heat seems kinda revolutionary to me, having such a thick heavy solid metal body and then the individual ceramic leds with air flow around them, it seems kinda too good to be true but it is true!

I actually worry it might too much light! hence wanting the dimmer to work better I might open it up and see if I could somehow improve the potentiometer. but I might electricute myself again..

Anyway anyone else used it and enjoyed it? Or did anyone dislike it for some reason?

IMO i think its one of the best budget lights going and seems rather over looked...

Nice one.. Dom..

The only things I see are that Sensi appears to make their own chips, so I don't know how they stack up against Samsung, and a 100 watt light is very small, only good for about 3 sq. ft. But if it works for you, and grows good plants, then it's a good light.
