Hey all. I wanted to do a post on the Santa Autoflower. Its from Flash seeds.
I had been looking at this one for a while, it supposed to be the 'holy grail' of the autoflowers.
I ordered 3 of them. I grew 2.
Its a pretty slow growing autoflower (i had a photo deep cheese plant start and finish faster).
The plant was supposed to yield 20-45 grams, i got 36 grams. Pretty good, right in the upper middle end. I had it in a 5 gallon fabric bag. PH Perfect nutes. Promix. 600W HPS/250w CFL. 4x4x7 tent with 5 other plants.
It took about 12 weeks from start to finish. The buds were VERY loose and airy. An almost decent amount of frost. Very few dark orange hairs. The smell was actually VERY VERY sweet and sugary. It smells pretty good.
The potency was pretty weak. About 4/10. Even for an auto, it was really weak.
The second one i grew out, i grew in a smaller container, same everything else, but it was a 1.5 gallon pot.
The weed turned out identical as the first plants, but i yielded only 4 GRAMS!!! It never branched or anything, just one short stalk covered in bud. Loose bud.
So it is definitely not the holy grail of auto's. The only thing, IMO, it has going for it is the sweet smell.
Has anyone else grown any of these? Maybe i just got a couple crappy seeds. Im not sure i want to waste time growing the 3rd lol.

I also grew out a Santa and I believe it was due to my soil being hot it also was stunted but yielded me a good solid ounce, and got to say the buds on mine were solid and potenency was good. Again these were old flash stock which I know are legit... I have a grow journal of my Santa but it's on a different forum so not sure if it's cool to post link to it here...
