This is a 4 profit grow. the plants were purchased June 1st. they were let to harden off inside humidty domes, in beer cups, under the shade of a tree for about a week well the plot was finished. this grow log is going to contiune untill the final product is ready for sale (growing, harvesting, drying, and curing). Also im also going 2 buy bubble bags for the trim to make HaSh. all with pictures for advice and to help other people.

Location:
Southern Ontario, in a unused farm field, not used for 30 plus years i imagen. plants recieve almost full light from sun up to sun down. there is also a small stream close by for a water source.

Strain:
Unknown, I got about 105 clones, sold some, some wilted and died over all i have 80 plants. the guy i got them off of said they were called "WHAT YOU WANT". I reserached this strain with no success, i beleive though they must be a 50% or more indica strain. Help identiflying the strain is appericated.

Soil: The soil i picked up was standard promix, and also container promix (by mistake but it retains water better). The holes are roughly 1.5 feet by 1.5 feet. I mixed each hole with a cup of bone mean and a cup of grass ashes. the holes are also not fully fulled to catch extra water.

On weekly interviles i pull competing weeds from around the plants and place them on the soild around the plants to help retain and hold water n moisture

Nutrients
Vegation
i only water every other day, or every other day after it rains. I water fertilize and folar fertilize spray the leafs every friday. I started useing nutrients once the clones enternd vegation stage. ive been using miceral grow 20-20-20 at 1/4 as well as seaweed extract at hafe strength and joy juice 8-16-8 at hafe strength. Ive ran out of all 3 so next week im going to be picking up some more 20-20-20 micerale grow n just ride that out till flowering starts,

Flowering
when flowering starts im going to go with 15-30-15 miceral grow at 1/4 strength, once a week. im also going to add blackstrap mollasses to the fertizlier hafe way through agust. this increases bud size. at a ratio of 30 ml of blackstrap mollasses per 8 liters of water. Before harvest im going to flush the plants for a week. and possible stress them if that causes more potent pot.

4 days since my last grow update. two and a hafe hours of work later. to start off when i got there i went through every single plant and completly removed the smallest bud sites on the four lowest nodes. i figured that 1; when those sites do bud, they will be so small and lanky light streched from being competly shaded by the rest of the plant, they wouldnt be sellable buds, 2 to increase air flow, 3 the enegery the plant would have used to form these small buds will now be focused to the main colas. then i removed every yellow colored leafs, as well as any damaged leafs. i also came across about 5 leave tent catapillers, i smipled pulled the web off the plant, killed the catapiller, then sprayed with some bug killer.

Some of the plants stilled showed light signs of nurtient burn so just used natural creek water. ill hold off fertilizing untill all signs of nutrient burn are gone.

other then that nothing much is new. im sure flowering is going to happen soon. i own a copy of the pot growing book "the bible", but it dosent get into detail

QUESTIONS +REP
does anyone know some good sites with pictures that describes and shows when plants begin flowering?
also any one has n e tips or advice, much appericated?


N heres some photo up dates, one is my favorite girl, and the other is 1/3 of my entire grow site(i cant fit the whole thing in one picture:hump:).

the plants were looking ok today. i noticed alot more of those catapillers that join leaves togeather to make the little homes. every time i seen one i pulled apart there nests and killed them, i then sprayed the whole infected plant with insect killer. i also notice a couple leaves that had holes in the leaves, i assume this is either snails or catapillers. i removed all the leaves that were eaten badly as well as the ones that werent green anymore. today i also brought a pair of hedge trimmers and cut down all the grass that was growing around my plants.

almost all signs of nutrient burn are gone so i watered all the plants with 20-20-20 fertilizer at 1/4 strength(8ml:10L).

Ive come to believe the strain of my 80 plants is called Fucking Incredible. "Fucking Incredible is a pure Indica and was created by combining the genetics of two magnificent Indicas back in 1990. Seven generations of stabilization breeding gave us F.I. as we know it today. Fucking Incredible has been a VISC flagship ever since. First available to the general public in 2006 this breed still provokes the exclamation that named her - "This is Fucking Incredible". She likes a slightly higher PH (6.6 – 6.8) in soil and in a two gallon pot will be around 3’ to 4’ tall, flowered 7 to 9 weeks will yield 70 – 100 grams / 2.5 – 3.5 ounces."
QUESTIONS +REP FOR ANSWERS
1 does anyore have or know any homemade spray formulas that work against snail and catapillers?
2 alot of my larger fan leaves are losing their color and dieing, any ideas why? (as you can see in my 3rd picture)
3 is it a good idea to pull off leaves that are not green anymore? (as you can see i m my 3rd picture) ive been doing this because i always thought that any part of the plant thats not a healthy green is using enegery that could be sending to healthyer parts of the plant.

went 2 the site yesterday. plants looking good. i folar sprayed fertilizer and water fertilized the plants with 15-30-15 @ 1/4 strength 7m ml per 8 L. i also removed all pale leafs. there was still a couple leaf tent catapillers but i killed all them n sprayed the ones i didnt see, more spiders to the didnt seem to be eating the plants just living in them, but i dualt with them to lol. next visit i'm going to be adding 7 ml of sugar to my fertilizer, it increase bud size around 20%

does anyone have any good addatives to my flowering fertilizer 2 increase yeild?
and for my fellow ontario growers what time do you all harvest around & frost hit?
n e home made catapiller n spider repalent fourmulas ?
advice appericated

Went 2 the site on the 17, yesterday. I fertilized with a 2 gallon watering can that contained 8 ml of 15-30-15 fertilizer as well as 8 ml of white sugar. alot less catapillers and more spiders. i also pulled off all pale discolored leafs. Im going back tomarrow if the rain holds out to plain water the plants,
QUESTIONS
1 In the #2 picture of my plants you can see a shopping bag of pale leafs i pulled from my plants, would I get any hash if i attempted to extract hash from them via the buble bag method?
2 Any home made catapiller/bug repilant fourmlas?
3 any addatives to my fertilizer that could increase yeild?

I dont think you can make hash with those leaves just because they are fan leaves, and arent covered in resin. I may be wrong but I'm pretty sure the leaves you make hash with are those in and surrounding bud that resin up. I may be wrong though.

I'd make a diluted neem oil spray,keep those moths out.A lil dose wont burn the plants.As for yellow,it could need some gardenlime,or N.Or it could be from the bug spray your using.I'd hurry,and spray that whole area with a diluted neem oil,spray,b4 the invasion of the moths come.

I picked up some Neem oil. im going to add it to my folar fertilizing spray (my folar fertilizing spray mixture now contains: 1 ml 15-30-15 fertilizer, 1 ml white sugar, and 10 ml neel oil per liter. also i found a PH meter under my bed today. i asked about garden gardenlime at the grow shop and they said that its a soil addative and is a little late to be used now. ive got the understanding as long as the plants are around 6 to 8 PH eveything is OK.

also ive decided to put those harvested fan leaves into a bag containing extra promix to decompose and turn into some nice organic compost for next year.

went to the plot today buds smell and look nice, im just hopeing they will grow larger in size before harvest. i was pressed for time so i didnt end up doing my folar spray, juat water fertilized with 15-30-15 and sugar. im also debation if this should be my last fertilize seeing as im unsure when harvest with happen. my understanding is to harvest before it goes below freezing at night, and to harvest in the morning when thc is at its peak?

any harvesting tips? im also in southern ontario if any one can give me a time fram when to harvest, i was thinking n e where from the 2 week of sept to first week of october

hey I'm in your area and my buds aren't looking too huge yet either but they should pop out more in a couple weeks I plan on harvesting first weekend of october but if you want you can get a magnifying glass and when the milky's turn amber its good to chop, and i'd probably just go with straight water for now on

Interesting. I think I'll do one more fertilizing to finish the season off in the bang, I'll watering can:15-30-15 Fertilizer 1ml per L, and White Sugar 1ml per L. I'll also folar fertilize spray feed a mixture onto the buds and leafs containing: Neem 0il 10ml per L, White Sugar 1ml per L, and 15-30-15 Fertilizer 1ml per L.

Went to the plot today. I did my last fertalizer of the season, so no chemicals are left in the bud to ensure good smoke. I first folar sprayed each whole plant with a 1L spray bottle containing: 1ml of white sugar, 1ml of 15-30-15 fertilizer, and of 10ml neem oil. As I was spaying them I also removed all pale, dead, and dying leafs. As well as killed a few spiders.

I then watering fertilized the plants with a 10L watering can, I put in it: 8ml of white sugar, and 8ml of 15-30-15 fertilizer. I then packed away my fertilizers and nutrients for the season, took some pictures and fled the area.


Any advice on when to harvest? going with before the first frost a good idea?

Looks like you're going to want them to go as long outside as possible, a good month, if it ends up being possible this year. When the weather starts getting really grim, I start harvesting plants like they're fruit. Take the best, most finished buds and leave the less developed They can always use a little more time, and they don't rot as easily as tops. If a bunch of mold breaks out in the crop, it's time to take everything that's at risk, and get it drying right away.

ya really? october 1st if the weather permits? what im thinking on doing is if the frost comes sooner then later, to harvest all my main colas once the tempature at night drops around 5°C. And then harvest all my smaller buds before the first frost.
